Implementation
Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs)
We help employers of BIM services — construction companies and institutions — develop their own EIRs so they can engage with design teams meaningfully and get the most out of a BIM process, always aligned with their business model.
BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
We develop BEPs tailored to the needs of the project and its stakeholders, in response to specific EIRs. Drawing on our experience in BIM Level 2 projects, we design streamlined processes that achieve project goals through BIM without burdening teams with unnecessary bureaucracy.
Revit Templates
We develop custom Revit templates suited to a range of project types, stages and scales. Our aim is to embed as much expertise and workflow automation as possible into every template we build. We specialise in architectural templates, though there is often significant overlap with other disciplines. We believe every client and project has specific needs, and our templates reflect that.
Revit Libraries
We create Revit families to work alongside our templates and meet geometry or data requirements. We build families that are lightweight and comply with strict quality control guidelines. Any required specification can be added, and additional information embedded to align with project standards and requirements.
BIM Coordination
We manage BIM coordination on projects of varying scale and complexity. We federate models and run Clash Detection & Resolution workshops with project teams. We advise on processes and keep BEPs up to date, ensuring all stakeholders can get the most from a complex collaborative environment such as BIM Level 2.
Support
Revit Support
With over 10 years of Revit experience in architectural practice, we can help with all common — and less common — issues that arise when using Autodesk Revit. Where Revit doesn’t meet a specific need, we have experience deploying plug-ins and developing Dynamo scripts to get the right results.
Revit Training
We develop and deliver training workshops and courses focused on professional practice. We have extensive experience delivering sessions in English, remotely or on-site, with groups of up to six. Topics cover all stages of architectural design and production, as well as specialist subjects such as Dynamo and Model Coordination.
